Terms & Conditions:


1. Payment:

•The renter will provide full payment for all reservations of studio space and services in US funds. Due to the delayed confirmation of dates and scheduling, 100% of the Renter’s total payment will be due to secure the date of rental. The renter cannot enter the studio until the payment has been received in full. 25% of the full payment will be considered as a nonrefundable retainer.

•Cancellations by the renter must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus the 25% retainer. Any cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance, will not be eligible for a refund.

• An additional nonrefundable deposit will be charged if a reschedule is requested.

2. Length of Use:

•Full-day rental periods start at 8 AM and must be out by 4 PM. Clean-­up must be completed by the end of the contracted rental period, with no exceptions. Rental time includes set-up, cleanup, loading & unloading. Full Day rentals are $600.00

•Hourly rentals start at $100.00/hr.

•Custom events after rental hours, please email for a custom quote.

3. Terms of Use:

•Use of our studio, building, and equipment if applicable is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the event, be they in our Studios, hallways, bathrooms, outdoor areas, etc. This includes parking tickets, all other violations or citations, and legal action resulting from the misconduct of guests, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless Company (The Main Street Studio)  its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies Renter while on our premises. The Main Street Studio is not held responsible or liable for accidents or occurrences due to uncontrollable circumstances or acts of God or negligence.

•A contract will be sent at the time of booking. All contracts must be signed before entering the property.

•After booking, a confirmation email will be sent. 12 hours before booking a verification with your entry code and how to enter the premises will be delivered.

•The property is always under 24/7 video surveillance.

•Max occupancy of 50 guests for events inside the space at all times

•10 people per hourly rental allowed in the studio at a time for photographers.

•Photographers/Creators are welcome to bring their own photography equipment into the studio. There is one two-seat sofa in the studio at all times.

•Renter is welcome to bring food & drinks into the studio for events. Please keep the space tidy.

•Tables & Chairs in the storage closet are available for events only. Linens can be rented for an additional fee of $50. If you did not rent the linens, please leave them in closet. A fee of $50 will be invoiced if you use the linens but did not add on before your event.

•All tables & chairs must be placed back in the storage room after use (please wipe down)

•Renter is responsible for asking clients to wipe mud off bottom of their shoes before entering space. Please be courteous and keep the floors clean.

•Renters time slot includes set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.

•A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if space is left dirty & trash left in the studio

•Renter is allowed a 5-minute gap after booked space, if renter exits the space later they will be charged an additional hourly fee.

•Renter is responsible for paying additional fees for any items that are damaged or stolen after their rental use.

The following items are not permitted in or on the entire property:

•Anything that would damage walls, floors, stairs, etc.

•No glitter, silly string, confetti allowed

•No open flames or candles allowed

•No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed on premises. Underage drinking is not prohibited. Violators will be fined, and prosecuted and no refund will be issued.

•No animals of any kind allowed on the property

•Do not drag furniture across the floor

•Do not stand on the rolling backdrop

After Booking:

-please leave the space as you found it

-sweep mop or wipe down the floors and counters if needed

-take all decorations and props you brought

-take out the trash all trash

-leave no food or drinks in the fridge

-turn the thermostat back to ‘off’

-turn off all lights in main space

-Leave ON kitchenette light at all times

-place the key back in the lockbox and press lock. Lock the door when leaving.

-if key is lost a $100 replacement fee will be charged to the client

Backdrop Use:

The rolling backdrop may be used for both events and photography. Make sure to unlock the wheels when rolling and lock them into place once positioned. Nails are not allowed on the backdrop. You are welcome to tape or command hook items to the rolling backdrop. When using the backdrop for photography with the paper rolls, please be respectful and do not damage the paper. No shoes are allowed on the paper. Do not tape anything to the paper. Place all paper rolls back in the storage room. Do not stand on the rolling backdrop. Once rolled into place, lock in securely and do not push on or stand on the backdrop. Do not let children under the age of 18 move the backdrop. An adult must move the backdrop at all times. The Renter agrees to be solely responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by the rolling backdrop or any other furniture or props supplied by the studio. Any damages occured to the studio from the props, the Renter agrees to a damage fee being charged to the card on file. The Main Street Studio is to not be held liable for any injuries caused to any person entering the premises. The Renter agrees to take full responsibility for the use of the rolling backdrop and understands that proper use and safety must be taken at all times. Always place the backdrop back against the white wall where you found it and make sure all wheels are locked back in place. If the paper rolls are damaged during use, the Renter agrees to replace the paper roll immediately. The Renter, their patrons, and vendors agree that they are using the rolling backdrop, furniture, or any other props supplied by the studio, at their own risk.

Liability Agreement:

It is understood and agreed that the Renter and patrons of Renter will adhere to all rules, and policies, as well as conform to the proper use of the building and Studio as contracted. If failure to comply, the building owner or The Main Street Studio reserves the right to shut down the event at any time, and Renter shall forfeit all refunds or deposits.

Renters,  their patrons, and vendors have been informed that once they enter the property, they are doing so at their own risk. The Main Street Studio makes no claim or warranty to the compliance of the building's condition and current building codes. The renter acknowledges and accepts the building and its possible potential hazards in its current condition "as-is". 

Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well­ being of guests Renter engages.
